"Divya Meena is very patient and highly skilled at assessing a student’s abilities and interests and tailors their lessons accordingly. She is flexible in scheduling classes, which is important for me to be able to pursue my passion along with my hectic routine. She makes my learnings fun and challenging. She cuts me slack during challenging lessons but also pushes me to learn at my maximum capacity. It is because of her push and efforts to build confidence in my capabilities that I got to perform my first carnatic concert in April 2024."

"I have been leaning with Divya akka for almost six months and I’ve learned a little over 10 songs. For me Akka has been a big help and step in my music career. When I started singing classes with her I was a student with decent amount of knowledge but now I’m able to grasp songs relatively easily. I enjoy being able to disconnect from the world with akka while being able to have a friend and a teacher"

"When I first started music journey with Meena Akka, I was hesitant in my abilities to sing, with the consistency of the support from Meena Akka, I feel that my confidence is building because she sees my true potential. All the interactions I have had with her, she does not speak to me in a way that she is more superior, she always speaks as if I am a friend and younger sister. Her encouragement has brought me a long way in the span of one year and motivates me to keep trying harder.."

"Meena is very patient with my 4 year old daughter and knows how to engage her in the class. We started learning music from Meena when my daughter was 3 years old. She is very good with kids and can easily hold their attention. She is very committed to her craft and it’s genuinely been a pleasure interacting with her"
